Gardens of Eden(JardinsdoEden):
The Group’s initial foray into large scale real estate development, Gardens of Eden is a major housing project, totaling 300 hectares, located in the Southern suburbs of Luanda. This project is nearing the conclusion of Phase I, with roughly 2,600 villas sold, approximately 1,300 of which have been handed to local buyers and the remaining units in various stages of construction.
In Phase II, the Group plans to execute a more urban vision for the development, with over 100 multi-storey buildings for commercial and residential use.
Edifício Platinium:
Platinium is a nineteen-storey residential tower in the Ingombotas District in the heart of Luanda that was completed in December of 2010.Platinium offers two and three bedroom luxury condominiums.
Marimba Palace:
Just blocks away from the historic bayside Marginal of downtown Luanda and situated directly across from the Tennis Club of Luanda, Marimba Palace will offer modern,conveniently located and secure condominiums. These two and three bedroom condominiums come fully furnished in one of three distinct décor choices. The twelve-storey condominium tower is currently under construction with completion slated for May, 2011.
Kissange Tower:
Located near the newly renovated Justice Ministry and in one of the most prestigious avenues in the city of Luanda, Kissange Tower will offer twenty-one storeys of prime commercial office space.
This project is in the licensing stage of development.

With a spectacular design by ATKINS, we are developing a modern and futuristic five star hotel that will constitute a Landmark in all of Africa. Located in a privileged location at Luanda´s Bay, it will be facing the open Atlantic Ocean with un-interrupted views.
It is projected to be a five star hotel of 461 keys, with a luxurious leisure & business area, F&B outlets, Bars, in addition to the lobby lounge, a SPA and Ballroom of capacity of 700 people and a Shopping Boulevard & Beach Club
